How It Works - General

  1. User Registration: The process begins with all users downloading our mobile fuel delivery app from their respective app stores or use our website to register an account. They provide necessary information such as their name, contact details, vehicle details, and payment preferences.
  2. Fuel Order: Users can place an order for fuel directly through our website and app. They specify the type and quantity of fuel they require, along with any additional services like checking the vehicle's oil level or tire pressure.
  3. Payment: The website and app offer various payment options, such as credit or debit card. Users securely provide their payment details and complete the transaction electronically.
  4. Dispatching the Fuel Truck: After receiving an order, our website and app's backend system dispatches a fuel delivery truck to the user's location. The system selects the closest available truck equipped with the requested fuel type.
  5. Real-time Tracking: Users can track the fuel truck's real-time location on an integrated map interface within the app. This feature allows them to estimate the arrival time and plan accordingly.
  6. Fuel Delivery: Once the fuel truck arrives at the user's location, the delivery personnel verify the order details and safely refuel the user's vehicle or transfer the fuel to a designated and safer location. They may also perform additional services requested during the order placement.
  7. Delivery Confirmation: After the fuel is successfully delivered, users receive a notification confirming the completion of the order. The notification may include details such as the amount of fuel delivered, the total cost, and an electronic receipt.
  8. Ratings and Feedback: Users have the option to rate their experience and provide feedback about the service through the app. This helps maintain service quality and allows the app operator to address any issues or concerns.
